The Hotel AI OS app
Hotel AI OS is the staff app for properties that use Veraitech: today's arrivals and departures, housekeeping and room status, maintenance tasks, guest emails with AI-drafted replies, and the manager's daily routine, cash close and cleaning wages.
Getting access
The app is for staff of Veraitech properties. Sign in with your Veraitech PMS account — the same one you use at pms.veraitech.com.au. If you do not have an account, or cannot see a page you need, ask your property manager: accounts and roles are set up in the PMS.
Sign-in problems
- Make sure the server address in the app's Server settings is https://ai.veraitech.com.au.
- Sessions last 12 hours; after that the app asks you to sign in again.
- If sign-in fails, close the sign-in sheet, wait a moment and try once more. If it still fails, email us the time it happened.
The AI assistant
The first time you use the assistant or AI reply drafts, the app asks for permission to send what you type and the guest details needed to an outside AI provider. You can change this any time in the app's Settings. See our privacy policy for details.
